Purchases can be returned for refund within 30 days from date of invoice. Please contact us to determine return procedures for your purchase. All items must be in the original, undamaged packaging. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded for online purchases returned.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days.
An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price may be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
RellekCollectibles.com will not accept the return of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
